As we come to the end of the Pandemic it is projected that there will be a lot of movement in the recruitment space as people look for new challenges and companies target candidates from those that have been made redundant or furloughed and need to beef up their talent pool. We are really pleased to be partnering with Avoko to offer our members a unique recruitment service. Avoko has built a recruitment platform that is totally online. People and companies can post vacancies and individuals can apply for those vacancies. All automatic and through an App on your phone.

How does the service work?

Avoko is an app which you load up on your phone. Visit the App Store or Google Play store and download to install it.

App setup

When you have installed the App, follow the instructions on the screen to set up your profile. It does not matter if you intend to post vacancies or to apply for vacancies, the profile is the key. You will be notified of job vacancies in the App that meet your criteria.

To post a vacancy

You use the menu on our website www.thepaymentsbusiness.com and select Post a Job, or if you are not a member, then click on the Post a Job link on the Avoko frame on the Home page www.thepaymentsbusiness.com . Complete the form with the details of the vacancy. You will then be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Submitting the vacancy is conformation that you agree to them; cancel the vacancy if you do not agree.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions can be viewed here. They include trading information and describe the fees that you will be asked to pay when you fill a vacancy. When the vacancy is marked as completed, that triggers an automatic creation and despatch of an invoice.

Commission and Referral fees

The app has the facility that allows anyone to refer a job to people who may be suitable for the role. The App will allow the role to be shared at the touch of a button or send an invite to join using SMS.

Referral Fees

Referral fees are paid down the line. You can refer the job vacancy to someone who might be suitable. They can also refer the vacancy if it is not of interest.
