I paid off my account in full in August. In September they said they added a $2 interest AFTER I paid in full. They then added a $30 late fee on $2 I called and they said they would correct the error but instead my credit report dropped 30 points and they decreased my limit by $500 Now my username and password doesn’t work. I keep written monthly account records and can prove my statement. I wish I never got this card! I shopped there regularly but now I will shop elsewhere! I was looking for shoes and apparel for my wife online and came across Bealls Florida online store. They are located in Fla. So I couldnt go into their stores, but their site was great! Easy to navigate. And the prices were really good. I even got a pair of shoes for myself I didnt need, because they were so inexpensive. Lol. They give coupons and their customer service is really good too. I had to call for some info. They were very courteous and helpful. Placed order with no issue. They charge for shipping if you spend spend less than $100. But with shipping charge was still much less than other stores. Say goodbye to kohls, Macys, and jcpenney!!! Bealls is our new first stop!
