I paid off my account in full in August. In September they said they added a $2 interest AFTER I paid in full. They then added a $30 late fee on $2 I called and they said they would correct the error but instead my credit report dropped 30 points and they decreased my limit by $500 Now my username and password doesn’t work. I keep written monthly account records and can prove my statement. I wish I never got this card! I shopped there regularly but now I will shop elsewhere! I checked my balance the same day I paid the balance so there should not have been any more interest fees!

I was looking for shoes and apparel for my wife online and came across Bealls Florida online store. They are located in Fla. So I couldnt go into their stores, but their site was great! Easy to navigate. And the prices were really good. I even got a pair of shoes for myself I didnt need, because they were so inexpensive. Lol. They give coupons and their customer service is really good too. I had to call for some info. They were very courteous and helpful. Placed order with no issue. They charge for shipping if you spend spend less than $100. But with shipping charge was still much less than other stores. Say goodbye to kohls, Macys, and jcpenney!!! Bealls is our new first stop!

I ordered 8 pairs of underwear. It is being shipped in 6 different packages on 6 different days. This is a waste of packaging, delivery men, delivery trucks and not least gas to deliver so many times. The price of Reels shirts which was once 12.95 now have risen to 24.95… Also, senior days which was a popular attraction now has been eliminated. Sadly Bealls has lost a long time customer.

I have had no problems with the store but the credit card company Comenity is horrible. They had screwed up my Bealls Outlet account and Bealls Gold account when they merged together and my payments were returned from my bank causing late fees. Tried placing an order online and delivered to my home here in Florida. I have had a Bealls Credit Card for years, but now I am permanently living in Florida. I gave the cust rep all my info, name, last 4 of SS#, out of state address and now my new address here in Florida. Her English was deplorable and I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone trying to place this order but no luck. I finally gave up and cancelled the order; I will purchase my order elsewhere. Nothing difficult, just tried to order two womens tops for Christmas. Never again Bealls…..Im 80 years old and dont need this aggravation.

My friend and I visited our Bealls outlet last night (leesburg, fl) and the associate was helping us and of course my friend and I were laughing and joking.
