  5. Log in with that temporary password and you’ll be prompted to create a new one

For Mobile Users:

  1. Download the SmartHub app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the app and tap “New User? Sign up to access our Self Service site”
  3. Enter your account number, name on account, and email
  4. Follow the instructions to complete setup

If your temporary password doesn’t work or you get locked out, don’t worry! Just try registering again and check your junk mail folder for the password email.

Paying Your Bill Through SmartHub

  4. Choose payment method
  5. Confirm and submit

Option 2: Set Up Auto Pay (My Personal Fave)

  1. Log in to SmartHub
  2. Click on “Billing & Payments”
  3. Select “Auto Pay Program” on the sidebar
  4. Click “Sign Up for Auto Pay”
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions
  6. Follow the prompts to complete setup

On the App:

  1. Open the SmartHub app
  2. Tap “Pay My Bill”
  3. Select “Auto Pay Program”
  4. Follow the instructions to complete setup
