I explained that I thought I was dealing with them from the beginning and they were only verifying. I had to close my checking account and put an alert on my credit report. Ward took no responsibility for putting another companys number on their payment statement. Once I pay off my account I am closing it. I will NEVER order with them again. I dont owe them much so I am going to pay it off and close the account. HORRIBLE EXPERINCE buyer beware.

Ive been a wards customer for 20 yrs, also ginnys the sister company, Today I received my order whiich was supposed to be 3 sets of PJs and normally they come in separate mailers, whenI opened the mailer I found screen repair kitsx5 the mailer saays montgomerywards, the itemized list with price and order number is from a company called Harriet Carter, its another sister company,,BTW I had a Ginnys account and its paid in full but never this Carter company. I called the carter number spoke with agent and she saw the warehouse put someone elses order into my mailer, she was able to see what my order was and says it will be mailed and also a return label for the wrong item, BTW this order belongs to someone from another state, So far I have not seen any update in my montgomery ward account for the reshipment of 61.00 worth of products, the order i received was around 19 bucks,, So I have to do a return, and hope I received what I paid for.. Ive also notice the crter order was made a full month ago!!! Wonder who got my PJS I really hope I get what I paid for since I was doing a favor for a neighbor and she paid me for these PJS!!!
