The Municipal Services Building at 100 S. Myrtle Ave. is temporarily closed, due to renovations, until October 2025. Pay your utility bill in person at Clearwater Gas, 777 Maple St. Get a permit or rebuilding guidance at the Old Countryside Library, 2741 State Road 580. Meet with a code inspector at the Old Countryside Library, 2741 State Road 580.
If you pay your Clearwater utility bill in our in-person lobby or drive-thru at the Municipal Services Building, changes are coming. Our cashier and payment services moved Dec. 9, 2024, to Clearwater Gas System, 777 Maple St. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed on city holidays. There will be no drive-up option at the new location. You can pay your bill online or by phone, text, or Amscot.
