1. Visit the BS&A Online Portal – Go to the BS&A Online Utility Payments website
2. Find Your Account – Search using your:
   • Account number
   • Name
   • Address
   • Parcel number
3. Review Bill Information – The system will display your current bill and total amount due
4. Enter Payment Amount – Input how much you want to pay
5. Complete Payment – Follow the prompts to enter your payment information
