Let me walk you through everything you need to know about CCC bill pay – something I’ve been using at our shop for years now Managing payments shouldn’t be a headache, yet many shop owners struggle with it daily
What is CCC Bill Pay?
CCC bill pay is the electronic payment system offered by CCC Intelligent Solutions that allows collision repair shops, insurance carriers, and parts suppliers to view and pay their invoices online. As a user of CCC ONE or other CCC products, you’ll receive monthly invoices that can be managed through their dedicated billing platform.
I remember when we first switched to electronic payments – no more paper invoices cluttering up my desk! The system is part of CCC’s broader suite of solutions designed to streamline operations for auto repair businesses
How to Access CCC Bill Pay
To pay your CCC bill online, you’ll need to:
- Visit the dedicated billing platform at https://my.billingplatform.com/ccc/
- Log in with your credentials (username and password)
- If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page
It’s pretty strait-forward, but sometimes the site can be a bit slow to load Be patient!
Making a Payment Through CCC Bill Pay
Once you’ve logged into the billing platform, here’s how to make your payment:
- View your current invoice
- Select payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
- Enter payment details
- Confirm and submit payment
- Save confirmation for your records
The billing platform allows you to view current and past invoices, making it easier to track your expenses over time. I usually make our payments at the beginning of each month to avoid any late fees.
Benefits of Using CCC Bill Pay
Making the switch to electronic payments through CCC has several advantages:
- 24/7 Access: View and pay bills anytime, not just during business hours
- Payment History: Access past invoices and payment records
- Paperless Option: Reduce clutter and be more environmentally friendly
- Automatic Payments: Set up recurring payments so you never miss a due date
- Immediate Confirmation: Get instant confirmation when payments are processed
Our shop started using CCC bill pay about three years ago, and it’s been a real time-saver. No more writing checks or calling in credit card information!
Common Issues with CCC Bill Pay
While the system is generally reliable, there are some common issues users experience:
Login Problems
If you’re having trouble accessing your account:
- Double-check your username and password
- Use the “Forgot Password?” feature if needed
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser
- Contact technical support if problems persist
Payment Processing Delays
Sometimes payments don’t process immediately. In our experience, it typically takes 1-2 business days for payments to be fully processed, although the confirmation is instant.
Understanding Your Invoice
CCC invoices can sometimes be confusing with various line items for different services. If you’re unsure about charges on your bill:
- Review the service descriptions carefully
- Compare against your service agreement
- Contact your CCC team representative with specific questions
Getting Support with CCC Bill Pay
If you encounter any issues with CCC bill pay, there are several support options available:
Technical Support
For product-related questions about your CCC software, including billing issues, you can contact Technical Support directly through the “get technical help” link on the CCC support page.
Finding Your CCC Team
CCC provides a tool to help you connect with your dedicated representative:

- Scroll down to “Find Your CCC Team” section

Additional CCC Services Related to Payments
Beyond just paying your CCC bill, the company offers several payment-related services that might benefit your business:
For Repairers
CCC provides payment solutions that help simplify inbound payments and consumer financing with integrated solutions. These tools can help improve your cash flow and customer satisfaction.
For Insurers
CCC offers streamlined insurance payment options with an all-in-one, end-to-end solution that can reduce administrative overhead and improve efficiency.
Recent Updates to CCC Services
As of Q3 2025, CCC has released their latest Crash Course report, which provides valuable industry insights. While this doesn’t directly impact bill pay, staying current with industry trends can help you make better decisions about which CCC services to invest in.
Tips for Managing CCC Expenses
Over the years, we’ve developed some best practices for managing our CCC expenses:
- Regular Review: Check your invoices monthly for any unexpected charges
- Budget Accordingly: Plan for CCC expenses in your monthly budget
- Evaluate Usage: Periodically review which CCC services you’re actually using
- Contact Representative: Reach out to your CCC rep if you think you could benefit from a different service package
- Keep Records: Maintain digital copies of all payment confirmations
Is CCC Bill Pay Worth It?
In my opinion, using CCC bill pay is definitely worth it for the convenience alone. We used to waste so much time writing checks, addressing envelopes, and making sure payments arrived on time. Now it’s just a few clicks and we’re done!
The system isn’t perfect – sometimes the website is slow, and occasionally there are confusing charges that require a call to customer service. But overall, it’s made our administrative tasks much easier.
Alternative Payment Methods
If you prefer not to use the online billing platform, CCC does offer alternative payment methods:
- Phone payments
- Mail-in check payments
- Automatic bank drafts
However, the online system provides the most flexibility and features for managing your account.
CCC bill pay might seem like a small part of running your collision repair business, but efficient payment management contributes to overall operational success. By taking advantage of this electronic payment system, you can save time, reduce errors, and maintain better financial records.
We’ve been in the collision repair industry for over 15 years, and I can honestly say that digital tools like CCC bill pay have transformed how we operate. Despite the occasional hiccup with the system, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.
If you haven’t already made the switch to electronic payments through CCC, I highly recommend giving it a try. Your administrative staff will thank you!

From scholarships and grants, to financial aid and a payment plan, City Colleges of Chicago is here to help you access an education you can afford.
When it comes to tuition costs, we’re proud to offer a rate that’s more accessible to Chicagoans than other options.
The total cost of your tuition is related to how many credits you are taking that semester. Click here to see a full breakdown of our tuition rates.
After you register for classes, you must verify how you plan to pay for them. Read the instructions below to find your payment verification deadline in the portal. If you do not meet the deadline, you will lose your spot in all registered classes. You will then have to re-register for all of your classes, if they are still open.

You can find your tuition payment deadline in the student portal at my.ccc.edu.
Click here to view the tuition payment deadline FAQ.
Once you’ve logged in, you will see a notification in the Alerts/Tasks/Holds section:
Click on “Payment Deadline Reminder” to see your payment deadline:
If you have received a financial aid verification hold, you can request a 10-day enrollment hold. This will allow you to hold your registered classes for up to 10 days while you gather final financial aid requirements. Keep in mind that you can only make this request once per semester. Also, please allow up to 48 hours after your materials have been submitted for your financial aid to process and your hold to be released.
If you have received a 10-day financial aid extension due to a financial aid verification hold, your reminder will look like this:

Apply for Financial Aid
City Colleges encourages all of our students, regardless of income, to complete the FAFSA or Alternative Application to determine whether you qualify for federal and state financial aid. Additionally, many scholarships require you to fill out a financial aid application, so it’s best to complete it as soon as you can.
The Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid allows qualifying undocumented students who are not otherwise eligible for federal financial aid to apply for Illinois Monetary Award Program (MAP) grants.
To get help, check out our step-by-step guide on applying for financial aid or visit the Financial Aid Office at your college.
