This is probably the easiest method for most of us. Here’s what you need to know:
- Available any time, day or night
- Accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover)
- You’ll need your account number and the current amount due
- Just click the “Pay Your Bill Now” button on their website
I personally love this option because I can pay at midnight in my pajamas if that’s what works for me!
2. Payment By Mail
If you’re old school (no judgment here!), you can still mail in your payment:
- Send check or money order with your payment coupon
- Mail to: NTS Utility Association, Inc., 8802 Whippoorwill Rd., Meridian, MS 39307

NTS Processing, LLC (No Longer Active)
It’s important to note that as of December 31, 2018, NTS Processing is no longer accepting payments through their website. If you previously used this service, you’ll need to contact your local City Hall to find out where to make payments online, or check the links provided on their website for specific cities.
