Most Pacific Medical locations accept payments in person. This is convenient if you’re already visiting for an appointment. They typically accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Understanding Your PacMedical Bill

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t paying the bill but understanding what you’re being charged for! Medical bills can be confusing with all the codes and terminology.

Here’s what to look for on your PacMedical bill:

  • Patient Information: Your name, address, and account number
  • Service Description: What services you received
  • Date of Service: When you received the treatment
  • Charges: The amount billed for each service
  • Insurance Information: What your insurance covered
  • Patient Responsibility: The amount you owe after insurance

If something doesn’t make sense on your bill, don’t hesitate to contact Pacific Medical’s billing department for clarification. I once found a charge for a service I didn’t receive, and they quickly corrected it when I called.

Can’t pay your bill all at once? Don’t stress! Pacific Medical understands that healthcare costs can be significant and offers payment plans for those who need them.

Additionally, financial assistance might be available for those who qualify. It never hurts to ask about your options!
