Online Payment Options
- Online Account: Sign into your PVREA account to make or set up payments
- Quick Pay: Make payments to bills without needing an online account
- Auto Pay: Schedule automatic, recurring monthly payments using checking/savings accounts or credit/debit cards
- PVREA Mobile App: Pay your bill using the free mobile app

- By Phone: Call 1.800.432.1012 anytime and select Option 2
- PVREA Dropbox: Leave check payments in their secure dropbox

Traditional Billing The most common method where your bill is rendered monthly after your use of electric service

Prepaid Billing Pay for electricity as you use it
- Start with a $50 positive account balance
- Daily energy consumption is calculated and deducted from your balance
- No deposit (just initial $50 payment)
- No late fees or disconnect/reconnect fees
- Service goes off at 9am if funds are depleted with no payment

Watch the Clock (Time-of-Use rates):
- Ideal if you can shift energy use to low-demand times
- On-Peak Hours: 4pm – 9pm
- Off-Peak Hours: 9pm – 4pm
- Excludes Sundays and holidays

Levelized Billing:
- Averages your amount due each month based on previous electric use
- Uses rolling average method so bill amounts vary slightly month to month
- No surprise “settle-up” month

Budget Billing:
- Set a consistent payment amount each month
- Know exactly what you’ll pay every month
For both Levelized and Budget Billing, members need:
- Platinum credit rating
- At least 1 year as a PVREA member
- Account at $0 balance

Can I pay my bill online?
Pay through your biller
Many service providers let you pay bills through their website. This bill payment process will require you to sign in to each of your biller’s accounts individually to make payments. You will be required to enter your bank account information to each of your accounts for each biller.
Is bill pay legit?
Online bill pay is included with an online bank account, and online bank accounts are generally very safe. Banking sites protect your accounts in a number of ways, including: Multifactor authentication.
What is bill pay with Wells Fargo?
Start with Bill Pay
Schedule your payments, amounts to pay, and when to pay them. Set up auto pay, and we’ll take care of the bill. You set the rules on timing and amount, and we follow them. We send your payments as you tell us, and confirm with an email.
How to do bill pay with PNC?
- Sign on to Online Banking.
- Select Pay Bills.
- On the Pay Bills Summary screen, enter the amount next to the appropriate biller.
- Select a date either from the Calendar or by typing in the date.
- Select Send Money at the bottom of the list of payees.
- After reviewing, select Submit Payments.
