HVUD has partnered with Paymentus to offer online account acccess, Pay by Phone, On-line Credit Card and E-Check payments for utility bills. Payment not required for customer access portal.

There is a small $2.95 convenience fee charged per transaction for this service by Paymentus. Transactions are limited to $500 at this time. If the bill is over $500, multiple transactions will be required to complete payment. Customers can call 844-291-3552 to pay by automated phone system. This service also includes the convenience fee.

Things needed to access the online or telephone options.

  • Location number
  • Customer number
  • Last 4-digits of primary account holder’s Social Security number which is used for account authentication. For Commercial Accounts, last 4-digits of Employer Identification Number (EIN) is used.

Paymentus is a third party vendor. Any payment options made by bank draft set up through HVUD and online thru Paymentus will not automatically update OR cancel the other payment option. These two options are not linked. Please notify HVUD regarding bank draft changes and login to Paymentus for online payment changes made with Paymentus. Any bank draft remains in effect until cancelled through HVUD customer service at 615-352-7076.

Return envelopes are included in your monthly bill for your convenience. These payments are directed to HVUD’s bank lockbox located in Nashville, TN.
