Something I didn’t realize at first is that Sansum Clinic patients can now easily manage care through Sutter Health’s My Health Online system. However, there’s an important distinction:
If you’re a Sansum Clinic or Ridley-Tree Cancer Center patient and need to pay outstanding bills, you should sign in to Sansum MyChart directly.
Special Note for Spanish Speakers
¿Prefieres ver la información en español? The Sansum Clinic bill pay page offers a “Ver en español” option. Just look for the “Esp” link on the payment page. I think it’s great they make this available for Spanish-speaking patients.

You can reset your password by verifying your identity online. If you forgot your Login ID, you can securely retrieve it online too.
