The offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The staff is always friendly and helpful – big shoutout to Sarah at the Troy office who always remembers my name!

CREC offers a service called MyPower, which I haven’t personally tried yet, but I’ve heard good things about it from other members. This seems to be another flexible payment option that works well for many people.

I’ve used this method a couple times when my internet was down (ironically because of a power outage), and it was pretty quick and painless.

One thing I really appreciate about Cuivre River is how they try to accommodate different financial situations.

If you receive a monthly income check (like Social Security or a pension), you can actually choose when your bill is due! CREC offers four different due date options:

- 25th of the month

If youre a customer of the Cuivre River Electric Cooperative, you can easily check the status of power outages at any time. The Co-op has an interactive outage map that allows you to monitor the current status of any power outage in their service area.
