Tombigbee Electric has recently launched a brand new Customer Portal that’s made my life so much easier. You can access it at billpay.tombigbee.net/onlineportal/ or through their updated website. This portal isn’t just about paying bills – it’s a complete account management system.

Quick Pay: No Login Required!
One of my favorite new features is the Quick Pay option. Sometimes I’m in a rush or I forget my password (happens more than I’d like to admit), and Quick Pay is perfect for those situations. You don’t need to log in to make a payment – just click the Quick Pay button on the portal homepage and follow the simple steps.
The Quick Pay feature is especially handy when

Tombigbee Electric accepts various payment methods which is great because different methods work better for different situations. Here’s what they accept
- Credit/Debit Cards – Just be aware there’s a $3.65 convenience fee
- Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) – This comes with a smaller $1.95 fee
- Bank Draft – This automatically drafts payment on the due date
- Cash – At office locations or kiosks
I usually use the bank draft option since it’s automatic and I never have to worry about late fees. But when I need to make a one-time payment, I typically use my credit card through the portal.

- Follow the prompts to set up your preferred payment method

With AutoPay, Tombigbee will automatically draft your payment on the due date. You’ll still receive bill notifications, so you’ll always know how much is being charged and when.
Mobile App: Manage Your Account On the Go
We’re all on our phones these days, aren’t we? Tombigbee knows this and has developed a Customer Portal mobile app that lets you do everything the website does, right from your smartphone. I use this all the time when I’m away from home.
The app allows you to:

Handling Power Outages and Bill Pay

If your power doesn’t come back on automatically, you’ll need to contact their office during regular hours. Their Customer Portal also has an outage reporting feature, which I’ve had to use once during a bad storm. It worked great and kept me updated on restoration progress.
