Online Payment Options Explained
Township Website Payments
The township offers a convenient online payment portal at hct.holland.mi.us/online-payments. When I first started using this, I was surprised at how simple the process was!
For tax payments, you’ll need your Parcel I.D. number handy. This identifier helps the system locate your property in their database.
For utility bills, make sure you have your 8-digit account number ready. This number is typically found on your water/sewer bill.
BS&A Online System
Holland Charter Township also uses the BS&A Online system for payments. This is particularly useful for:
- Utility Billing Payments
- Current Tax Payments
- Building Department Payments
To use BS&A Online, you can search for your account in several ways:
- By Account Number
- By Name
- By Address
- By Parcel Number
I personally prefer searching by account number as it’s the fastest way to find my records. However, if you’ve misplaced your bill, the address search works great too!
Phone Payment Option
If you’re not comfortable with online payments or just prefer speaking with someone, automated phone payments are available at (855) 763-4255.
The system offers options in both English and Spanish (disponible en Español), which is super helpful for our diverse community.
When calling:
