Understanding Your Water Bill
Sometimes water bills can be confusing. Let me break down what you’re actually paying for:
| Component | Description |
|---|---|
| Base Rate | Minimum charge for service connection |
| Usage Charge | Calculated based on water consumption |
| Sewage Charge | Fee for sewage treatment services |
| Maintenance Fee | Contribution to infrastructure upkeep |
| Special Assessments | Occasional fees for system improvements |
Your total bill combines these elements based on your usage and the current rate structure.
