Let’s face it – nobody loves paying bills but we all gotta do it! If you’re an ACE Power customer in Alcorn County, Mississippi I wanna share some super helpful ways to pay your electric bill without the hassle. As someone who’s been dealing with utility payments for years, I’ve tried pretty much every method ACE offers, and I’m gonna break it all down for ya!
Online Payment – The Most Popular Option
The quickest way to pay your ACE Power bill is through their secure website. I personally love this method because:
- It’s available 24/7
- No need to drive anywhere
- Payments post immediately to your account
- You can do it in your PJs (my favorite perk!)
To pay online, just visit ACE Power’s secure website and follow the prompts You’ll need your account number handy, which you can find on your bill
24/7 Phone Payment System
Not a fan of websites? No problem! ACE Power offers a toll-free number you can call anytime:
1-844-741-7071
This automated system walks you through paying your bill over the phone. I’ve used this when my internet was down, and it works great! Just have your account info and payment method ready.
PaySite Payment Kiosks – For Cash Payments
If you prefer using cash or don’t have a bank account, ACE Power has installed convenient kiosks at two locations:
- Shell Sprint Mart at 2809 Highway 72 West
- ROGERS Supermarket at 410 S Cass St
These kiosks accept cash, checks, and credit cards. The best part? Your payment posts directly to your account as soon as it’s processed – no waiting!
In-Office Payment
Some folks still prefer the traditional approach. You can pay in person at the ACE Power office located at:
1909 South Tate Street in Corinth
The member service clerks there are super friendly and can help with other services while you’re there. They even have a night depository next to the drive-thru window if you need to drop off a payment after hours.
Mail-In Payment
Old school but reliable! ACE accepts payments by mail, but remember to:
- Allow 5-7 days for postal delivery
- Detach and return the lower portion of your bill
- Include your account number on your check
Mail payments to:
P.O. Box 1590
Corinth, MS 38835
Bank Draft – Set It and Forget It
This is my personal favorite! With bank draft, your bill gets paid automatically each month. No more forgetting due dates or rushing to make payments.
To set this up:
- Visit any local ACE office
- Download and print a Bank Draft Authorization form from their website
- Submit the completed form
After enrollment, you’ll still receive a bill showing the amount that’ll be deducted from your account, but you won’t have to do anything else!
Levelized Billing – For Predictable Payments
If you hate those summer bill surprises (when AC costs make your bill skyrocket), levelized billing might be perfect for you. This unique option:
- Creates a rolling average of your usage for the past 13 months
- Prevents huge monthly fluctuations
- Guarantees your bill never increases more than 20% from the previous month
- Doesn’t require any “catch-up” payment at year’s end
This option works great for budgeting! It’s available for any residential member with a good payment history. You can download the Levelized Billing Sign-up form from their website.
Prepay Options
ACE Power also offers a prepay program where you can pay for electricity before you use it. Think of it like putting gas in your car – you pay for what you need in advance!
I know several people who love this option because:
- No deposits required
- No monthly bills
- You can add money when it’s convenient for you
- Helps with budgeting
