Hey there, fellow waste management customers! If you’re like me, you’ve probably stared at that AJ Blosenski bill wondering what the easiest way is to pay it. I’ve been using their services for years now, and I’m gonna share everything I know about their bill payment options.
AJ Blosenski has been providing trusted waste management services for over 30 years, and they’ve worked hard to make bill payment as painless as possible. Let me walk you through all your options for paying your trash and recycling service bill.
MyAccount Portal: The Most Convenient Option
The easiest way to handle your AJ Blosenski bill is through their online MyAccount Portal, I switched to this method last year and haven’t looked back Here’s what you can do there
- Set up and manage automatic payments (no more forgetting!)
- View your statement history
- Check your payment history
- Manage billing notifications and preferences
To use the portal, just visit ajblosenski.com/bill-pay and click “Go to MyAccount Portal” You’ll need to create an account if you haven’t already, but it only takes a few minutes.
Understanding AJ Blosenski’s Quarterly Billing Cycle
Before I go deeper into payment methods, it’s important to understand how AJ Blosenski structures their billing. They use a quarterly system:
| Quarter | Service Period | Invoice Date |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Quarter | January – March | January 1st |
| 2nd Quarter | April – June | April 1st |
| 3rd Quarter | July – September | July 1st |
| 4th Quarter | October – December | October 1st |
If you’re on AutoPay (which I totally recommend), your payments will process on the 5th of the first month in each quarter (January 5th, April 5th, July 5th, and October 5th)
For example, your January 5th payment covers your services for January through March. This is super convenient cause you don’t have to remember to pay every month!
One-Time Payment Option
Not ready to commit to the portal or AutoPay? No worries! AJ Blosenski offers a one-time payment option on their website. This is perfect if you:
- Just want to pay a single bill
- Aren’t tech-savvy enough for the full portal
- Are paying on behalf of someone else
I used this option when helping my grandma pay her bill last summer. It was really straightforward – just enter the account information and payment details.
Other Payment Methods
While the online methods are the most convenient, AJ Blosenski knows not everyone is comfortable with digital payments. They offer several alternatives:
Pay by Mail
You can mail your payment to:
PO Box 535233Pittsburgh, PA 15253-5233
Just remember to include your account number on your check! Also, keep in mind there’s a $25.00 fee if your check or ACH payment bounces due to insufficient funds. I learned this the hard way once when I accidentally sent payment from the wrong account. Oops!
Pay by Office Phone
If you prefer talking to a real person, you can call 610-942-2707 during their business hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
You’ll need your account number ready, and they’ll take your credit card information over the phone. The staff is usually really friendly – I’ve had to call a couple times when I had questions about my bill.
Pay By Automated Phone System
If you need to pay outside of business hours, their automated phone system at 800-457-1379 is available 24/7. Just make sure you have your account number handy. I’ve used this when I’ve realized at 10pm that my bill was due the next day!
Why I Recommend AutoPay
After trying all these methods, I gotta say AutoPay through the MyAccount Portal is the way to go. Here’s why:
- You’ll never forget a payment (no late fees!)
- It saves time – no writing checks or making calls
- You get an email confirmation for each payment
- You can still review bills before they’re paid
- It’s easy to update your payment method if needed
Setting up AutoPay took me less than 5 minutes, and I haven’t had to think about my trash bill since. The system automatically charges my card on the 5th of the first month each quarter, and I get an email receipt.
What to Do If You’re Having Billing Issues
Sometimes we all run into billing problems. If you notice an issue with your AJ Blosenski bill, here’s what to do:
- Check your account details on the MyAccount Portal first
- If you can’t resolve it online, call customer service at 610-942-2707
- Have your account number and recent bill ready
- Explain the issue clearly – they’re usually very helpful!
Last winter, I noticed I was charged for an extra bulk pickup I didn’t request. I called them, and they fixed the error and credited my account right away.
