Hey there, folks! If you’re in the Colorado area or around Peoria, chances are you’ve got Best Cleaner Disposal Inc. handling your trash and recycling pickup. They’re a solid local company keeping our streets clean and we gotta give props for that. But let’s get real—nobody wants their trash service cut off ‘cause of a missed bill. So today, we’re diving deep into everything ya need to know about Best Cleaner Disposal Inc bill pay. I’ve been there, scrambling to figure out how to pay on time, and I’m here to save ya the hassle with a full rundown. Let’s make this as easy as tossin’ out the garbage!
Why Paying Your Trash Bill on Time Matters
Before we jump into the how-to, let’s chat about the why. Trash pickup ain’t just a luxury—it’s a must for keeping our homes and businesses sanitary. If you don’t pay up by the due date, you risk late fees (a sneaky 10% of your bill, ouch!) or even worse, service interruption. That means trash piling up, stinking up the place, and maybe even critters snooping around. Trust me, you don’t wanna deal with that mess. Paying promptly with Best Cleaner Disposal Inc. keeps things smooth, and lucky for us, they’ve got a bunch of ways to make it happen.
Option 1: Pay Online – Quick and Painless
Hands down, the easiest way to handle your Best Cleaner Disposal Inc bill pay is online I’m all about convenience, and this method’s a lifesaver when you’re juggling a million things. Here’s how ya do it, step by step
- Head over to their official website. You’ll find a big ol’ “Pay Online” button—can’t miss it.
- Pop in your account number and the zip code tied to your billing. Make sure ya got these handy!
- Pick how much you’re paying and choose your method—bank account, credit card, or debit card.
- Hit submit, and bam, it posts to your account instantly. No waiting around.
Now, a lil’ heads-up if you’re using a credit or debit card, there’s a 25% processing fee. Kinda annoying, but hey, paying with a bank account (they call it e-check) is totally free You can even set up auto-pay so you never forget a due date again. Plus, online, you get to peek at your billing history and update your info. It’s like having a lil’ trash bill dashboard—pretty neat!
Why go online? It’s fast, it’s open 24/7, and you don’t gotta leave the couch. I’ve done it while sipping coffee in my PJs, and it’s a breeze.
Option 2: Pay by Phone – Old-School but Reliable
Not everyone’s into the online thing, and that’s cool. If you prefer hearing a voice (or just an automated system), you can pay your Best Cleaner Disposal Inc bill over the phone. Here’s the deal:
- Grab your phone and dial 888-924-2721. Keep your account number and billing zip code ready.
- Follow the prompts to enter your payment details—same options as online: bank account, credit, or debit card.
- Confirm everything, and you’re set. Again, that 2.5% fee applies to cards, but bank payments are free.
The phone system’s up and running 24/7, so if it’s 2 a.m. and you suddenly remember your bill’s due, you’re covered. You can also set up recurring payments this way. I’ve used this when I ain’t near a computer, and it’s straightforward, though punching in numbers can be a tad tedious.
Option 3: Pay by Mail – For the Paper Lovers
If you’re more of a pen-and-paper person, mailing your payment to Best Cleaner Disposal Inc. is still an option. It’s slower, but it works. Here’s what to do:
- Write a check or get a money order. Don’t send cash through the mail—big no-no.
- Include the payment stub from your bill so they know it’s you. Write your account number clear as day on the check.
- Send it off to:
Best Cleaner Disposal
PO Box 5530
Peoria, IL 61601
Important note: allow 5-7 business days for this to process. If your bill’s due soon, don’t wait ‘til the last minute, or you might get slapped with a late fee. I’ve messed this up before, thinking mail’s faster than it is, and lemme tell ya, those fees sting.
Option 4: Pay in Person – Face-to-Face Vibes
Wanna handle your Best Cleaner Disposal Inc bill pay the old-fashioned way? You can swing by their office or a partnered location. Here’s the scoop:
- Visit their office at 8802 W Smithville Road in Peoria. They’re open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can pay with cash, check, or card (yep, 2.5% fee on cards).
- Or, check their website for participating Ace Hardware stores where you can pay in person too. Super handy if you’re closer to one of those.
Paying in person is great if you’ve got cash burning a hole in your pocket or just wanna chat with someone about your account. I’ve done this when I had a question about my bill, and the folks there were real helpful.
Handy Tips to Avoid Bill Pay Headaches
Now that we’ve covered the ways to pay, let’s talk about keeping your Best Cleaner Disposal Inc bill pay drama-free. Here are some tips I’ve picked up over the years:
- Pay by the due date, not the late date. Due dates can shift, so check your bill each month. Don’t assume it’s the same.
- Double-check your balance online. Before you pay, log in to avoid overpaying by mistake. Been there, done that—felt dumb.
- Keep records. Save those payment confirmations. If something goes wonky, you’ve got proof.
- Set reminders. Use online alerts or just stick a note on your fridge. Whatever works to jog your memory.
- Update your info. Moved? Changed your email? Let ‘em know so bills don’t get lost.
- Watch mailed payments. If you’re mailing, send it early. 5-7 days, remember? Don’t cut it close.
- Avoid late fees. They’re 10% of your bill, and trust me, they add up quick if you’re not careful.
Following these lil’ nuggets of wisdom keeps your trash service humming along without a hitch. Nobody wants a yard full of garbage ‘cause of a missed payment.

Troubleshooting Common Bill Pay Problems
Even with a good company like Best Cleaner Disposal Inc., stuff can go sideways. Maybe a payment didn’t post, or you got hit with a late fee by mistake. Here’s how to tackle common hiccups:

Their team’s pretty responsive, and you can reach ‘em by phone or email. I’ve had a glitch once where my payment didn’t show up right away, and a quick call sorted it out. Keep calm and just reach out.

Extra Nuggets of Info for Bill Pay Success
Wanna make your Best Cleaner Disposal Inc bill pay even smoother? Here’s some extra bits I’ve figured out:
- Go Paperless: Sign up for email bills if you’re always online. Saves clutter and trees.
- Check Due Dates Monthly: They can vary, so don’t assume it’s always the 15th or whatever.
- Use Auto-Pay Wisely: If you set it up, make sure your account or card’s got funds. A declined payment’s a headache.
- Know the Fees: That 2.5% card fee ain’t huge, but it adds up if your bill’s big. Bank payments save ya cash.
- Keep Contact Info Handy: Save their number (303-659-3779) in your phone for quick access if ya need help.
Little things like this make a big difference. I’ve got their number saved now after one too many “where’d I put that bill?” moments.

Residential customers that are 30 days past due the payment due date of their invoice will be sent a courtesy 30 day notice in the mail. If a residential customerâs invoice is 60 days past due, garbage service will be downsized to a 32 gallon cart and recycling and organics carts will be removed.
