Returning a couple of the items that I ordered. Did the online Return form. Also did the Return forms in the package. The package forms say that if the other side of the form says “Easy Return” there will be a label attached to use. There was not!!. Spent over a half hour on hold at their Cust. Svc. number. Seems they changed their policy but did not re-print the forms!!! Dishonest!!! I had to pay postage for the return to get some of my money back.

I received an UNSOLICITED catalog which I believe targets elderly women who are homebound (not me). Anyways, I was SHOCKED to see FOUR pages of sex toys/gadgets in the middle of this catalog for elderly women. Unbelievable! Offensive!

My elderly Mother ordered from this catelog that stated free shipping and/or gave a set amount to pay. NOW they are billing $9.16 for shipping as there is a charge for it on the new statement. The statement doesnt state what this $9.16 is for, we have to assume it is shipping. Dont buy from this SCAM company!!! HUGE SCAM on billing! Dont order from this catelog! PLUS-If you dont like the item, you dont get a full refund! they take out a really high shipping and handling so that you receive pennies on the dollar for a refund.

Suddenly Out of Nowhere this company decided to send me a catalog. I Did Not Request It, nor Have I looked at Anything on Their Website. About five years ago, like in late 2018 or 2019, I made the mistake of buying something from this company. I have not bought anything from them since then. The person who I talked to told me there would be more catalogs sent to me before they stopped because they are pre-printed. It should be illegal for these companies to send catalogs to people who did not request them. In this time when our planet is in the midst of an environmental crisis, to print out and send people unwanted catalogs should be illegal because it is very socially irresponsible and it is Wrong because it is a form of Harassment. Do Not Buy Anything from This Company or any Other Company that is this Environmentally Irresponsible. If there was a way to sue them for Harassment, I would.

I have been a devoted customer to Carol Wright Gifts for many years and I was surprised when they filed bankruptcy, although its become commonplace nowadays. I could find clothing and shoes in my size and never had a problem. Since the takeover the prices are much higher and they no longer carry items in my size and only seem to feature jogging clothes and not a good variety at that. I have one payment left with them and will move on. If this is what you call progress, you can keep it. Im done.

I placed an order and more than a month later, I still had not received it. I agree with all the comments above. I am paying off this bill and closing the account. Right now I have been online trying to pay my bill and it wont accept my password. Tried to create a new one and the email still has not come. The customer service is bad. They are correct. You can barely understand the person when you call. Finally, an email was sent stating they did not have the product, and did not charge me for it. Im forced to give one star so that I could get online and give a review.

I returned an item July27th, and they received it August15th. Why am I still getting statements saying I owe? Ive called customer service up to the credit dept. and they keep sending me from one to the other, but never a supervisor. Customer service says theres a glitch in their computer. Thats not my problem!! Ive talked to people who didnt speak clear English, or was nasty as hell. Ive gotten no satisfaction from anyone and my next move will be to lawyer up !! They changed their website so now you cant access your account online. Before you could make payments, see how much you owe & when payments were due. Now you have to call to make a payment & you get automated. It glitched until I talked to a real person who never speaks English &you have to try to understand them. I had bought a nice winter robe from Carol Wright Gifts and in June I bought only one top for about $13, I never was told or asked about signing up for any membership for any fee, but my father just called me and told me that I was being charged $14.95 a month for a membership that I never even knew about and never signed up for! On the Better Business Bureau there are other complaints from customers of Carol Wright Gifts that said they did the same thing to them, and I will never give them any of my business with them again and they really should be out of business for scamming and ripping people off like this! I called and spoke to a Carol Wright customer service agent today who told me that when I bought my top I was automatically enrolled in this $14.95 a month plan, and I kept telling her that I never even knew about it and I didnt enroll in it at all! She claimed after my father called and asked for this to be canceled and to get a refund, (will see what happens) that they are giving me a refund and canceled my membership fee that I never of course even signed up for or even knew about.

Called customer service, spoke to a woman who was snarky, and giggled, joking in background with someone… clearly wasnt interested in the job she was supposed to be doing. Terrible customer service and questionable practices!!!! My Mom was placing an order over the phone and kept receiving incorrect amounts (being told something was full price when she was seeing it online with a sales price) from the representative. The representative kept giving her different totals and my Mom would correct her. She gave my Mom a confirmation number before giving her a final total at which time my Mom told her the total was too high and the representative told her she would try to take care of it and the call was suddenly “dropped”. My Mom called back but was told because she received a confirmation number there was nothing that could be done because the order was being put together (Seriosly, 10 minutes later?) and that she needed to call Customer Service (which was closed). Its not the first negative encounter with Carol Wright but will be the LAST as none of our family will ever order from there again.

The send me a catalog about three months ago so i go to order and it says “not available” so i get another catalog here three months later with the item still listed so i think they got more in and went to order same answer “not available” if its not flippen available dont keep it listed in the catalog as an item that can be purchased! Wont even look at the catalogs again when they come the item i want “wont be available”
