How to receive 10% back
You can shop online, over the phone, or by catalog mail order and automatically earn 10% back on every purchase from our Family of Brands! Simply shop at any of the fifteen retailers in our Family of Brands as you normally would. We’ll automatically add 10% of your purchase subtotal to your Savings and send you a gift code for your total Savings the next month. Your purchase subtotal is the amount of your final, qualifying purchase after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include taxes, shipping charges, or any other fees added at checkout. Any gift codes you receive for your Savings can be used toward future purchases at any of the fifteen retailers in our Family of Brands. Every month, you’ll receive a gift code for the total amount in your Savings. You must have at least $5 in your Savings to receive a gift code at the time of your monthly payout. Any Savings under $5 will stay in your Savings until you reach the $5 threshold.
Limits & Details:
Only merchandise purchases and hemming charges are eligible for 10% back. Gift card purchases, taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are not included in your 10% back savings. Claims and backup documentation must reflect USD in order to be eligible for 10% back. Family of Brands purchases made on third-party sites are not eligible for 10% back. All purchases must be made directly from each retailer in our Family of Brands to qualify for 10% back.
How to receive 5% back
With Catherines Member Rewards, you can earn 5% back when you shop at Marketplace retailers online, in-store, over the phone, or by mail order. Online Marketplace retailers labeled “Rebate Required” are not eligible for automatic 5% back. You’ll need to submit a rebate claim to receive 5% back on purchases from these retailers. Your 5% back amount is based on your purchase subtotal (minus taxes and fees).
Online: Get 5% back automatically when you shop online through your member account.
- Sign into Catherines Member Rewards and click “Shop” on your main menu. Then select “Shop Marketplace” from the dropdown.
- Select a retailer from the Marketplace and click through the links to shop online. Be sure to complete your purchase in the new window that opens after you click “Shop Now”.
- After your purchase, we’ll automatically add 5% of your purchase to your Savings and send you a gift code for your total savings the next month. If the amount in your Savings is at least $5, you’ll receive a gift code for your total Savings at the time of your next monthly payout.
Offline: You can also shop at Marketplace retailers in-store, over the phone, or by catalog mail order and submit a rebate claim for 5% back on your purchase. If you shopped online but did not click through the links on the Member Rewards member account, you can submit a rebate with the following instructions as well.
- Make a purchase at any eligible Marketplace retailer.
- Complete a rebate form with information about your purchase.

Once we receive your mailed rebate form and proof-of-purchase documentation, we’ll review your claim. Once your claim is approved, we’ll add your rebate to your Savings.
