Your monthly FGUA billing statement has a wealth of information. Discover more about the different aspects of your bill here. On top of your bill, you’ll find some useful info on where to mail payments or make payments online. Each customer group has its own P.O. Box for mailing payments. Please be sure to look at your bill for this info.
How do I contact fgua?
All official business related to the FGUA should be sent to our main office in Orlando, FL. This includes, but is not limited to legal correspondence and/or government-to-government correspondence. For water or wastewater related emergencies, customers can call the customer service office.

What happens if a fgua E-Bill is not received?
