To register for Online BillPay. follow these 5 simple steps
- Visit the Online BillPay portal and click ‘Enroll for Online BillPay’
- Enter your account number and service address, accept the terms of service
- Provide your email address
- Choose your electronic bill delivery preferences and create a username/password
- Check your email for the “Enrollment Almost Complete” message from JCSD and click the completion link

2. Pay By Phone
If you’re not tech-savvy or just prefer speaking with a person, you can pay your bill by calling (951) 685-7434. The customer service team is super helpful!
Important Scam Alert: While JCSD accepts phone payments, their customer service will NEVER demand immediate payment or threaten immediate shut-off. If someone calls claiming this, it’s a scam! JCSD always notifies customers about delinquency well before any possible disconnection.
