⚠️ NOTICE TO MEMBERS Access to SmartHub, online payments, the payment kiosk and the outage map will be interrupted from 12 00 a.m until 6 00 am. on Friday, November 14, 2025 for system maintenance. KIUC apologizes for the inconvenience.

This is my personal favorite way to pay. SmartHub is KIUC’s online service platform that’s quick, easy, and secure.
How to use SmartHub:

The best part? No convenience fees for bank account payments, and you can access it 24/7!
2. Pay Now (One-Time Credit Card Payment)
Don’t have time to create an account? The “Pay Now” option lets you make a one-time payment with a credit card anytime day or night.
Important note: There’s a $3.95 convenience fee for all credit/debit card transactions. Also, credit card payment is not an option for Schedule J and Schedule LP members.
3. Pay-by-Phone System
Sometimes I’m just too busy to sit down at a computer, so the phone payment option comes in handy.
Simply call 808.246.4300, select option 2, and follow the prompts to pay with your credit card. The same $3.95 convenience fee applies, and this option isn’t available for Schedule J and LP members either.
4. Automatic Bill Payment (ABP)
If you’re like me and sometimes forget due dates, this is a lifesaver! Sign up for automatic bill payment, and KIUC will automatically debit your checking or savings account each month.
How to enroll:
- Download the Automatic Bill Payment Form from KIUC’s website
- Fill it out completely
- Send it through their Contact Us page, email to [email protected], mail to KIUC’s office, or drop it in their box
To cancel, just submit the Stop ABP form when needed.
5. Self-Service Kiosk
Need to make a cash or check payment? The 24/7 kiosk located outside KIUC’s Lihue Office at 4463 Pahee Street is super convenient, especially when I’m running errands in town.
6. Mail-in Payments
Old-school but reliable. Include your bill stub with your check, money order, or cashier’s check and mail to:
