Changing Your Email or Password
- Select “Update My Email or Password” from the Quick Links menu
- Fill in the requested fields

- Remember: If you change your email, it will be your new username next time you login!

- Enter your new phrase
- Click “Save”

- At the SmartHub login screen, click “Can’t Access Your Account?”
- Enter your account number, last name (or business name), and email address
- Click “Submit”
- Enter either the last 4 digits of your social security number or your Federal EIN (if a business)
- Click “Submit”
- You’ll then be able to create a new password
