RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post Production
- Oversee the Post setup of each project at greenlight, including coordination of systems, documentation, and workflows in alignment with studio standards.
- Set up and maintain digital platforms as applicable (e.g., PIX, MyID), and support onboarding and training for production teams in their use.
- Manage Studio and Network PIX user accounts on a per-project basis, ensuring access is properly granted, tracked, and updated.
- Coordinate and track distribution and approvals for cuts and key post-production elements, updating trackers and stakeholders accordingly.
- Support on-screen credit reviews by comparing submissions against templates, flagging discrepancies, and coordinating approvals and waiver requests from unions and guilds as needed.
