A drivers license and vehicle registration is required (vehicle must be registered in Stoneham). Passenger cars, pickup trucks, and small utility trailers only are allowed.

If a vehicle is sold (new registration required) or windshield replaced, return current recycling sticker to the Department of Public Works and a new sticker will be issued or $30 will be charged for a new sticker. Recycling stickers and permits are available at the Department of Public Works, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
