The office accepts payments in the form of checks, credit cards, and debit cards (no Visa debit cards accepted). You can pay your bill online or mail your payment to the WPCA.

Call ahead before visiting us

Some customers have multiple accounts and do not bring their billing information with them. They request the customer service representative (CSR) to print all of their bills for them for payment. In these instances, we will inform the customer that they will have to call us by phone to make this request.

All questions regarding invoices that would take research and/or excessive time will need to be done by telephone.
