Multiple Ways to Pay Your GDGA Bill

GDGA understands that different customers prefer different payment methods. That’s why they’ve created several convenient options for bill payment:

1. Pay by Phone

This is perfect for those days when you’re running behind and need to make a quick payment. Simply call their dedicated payment line at 1-888-643-1084. The automated system will guide you through making a payment using your credit card or checking account information.

2. Online Bill Pay

For the tech-savvy among us (or really anyone who prefers handling bills from the comfort of their couch) GDGA offers online bill payment through their Customer Portal. This lets you

  • Pay your current bill
  • View past statements
  • Monitor your usage history
  • Set up payment reminders

To access this feature, you’ll need to visit the GDGA website at gdga.com/pay-your-bill/ and click on their Online Bill Pay button.

3. Mobile App Payments

GDGA has gone modern! They’ve developed phone apps that allow customers to manage their accounts and make payments directly from their smartphones. This is super convenient when you’re on the go.

4. Automatic Bank Draft (ACH)

This is my personal favorite because it completely eliminates the need to remember bill due dates With Automatic Bank Draft, your payment is automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the due date. To set this up

  1. Download the ACH form from their website
  2. Fill it out completely
  3. Bring the completed form to one of their offices

No more late fees due to forgetfulness! However, make sure you’ve always got sufficient funds in your account on payment dates

5. Levelized Billing Option

If you hate the seasonal spikes in your gas bill (those winter months can be brutal!), GDGA offers a Levelized Billing program. This option is available to customers with excellent payment history and allows you to pay roughly the same amount each month based on your average usage, making budgeting much easier.

Consider Energy Efficiency

Reducing your gas consumption not only helps the environment but also lowers your monthly bills. Simple steps like proper insulation, smart thermostats, and regular maintenance of gas appliances can make a big difference.

Stay Informed About Safety

Natural gas is safe when used properly, but it’s important to know what to do in case of a suspected leak. GDGA provides resources about recognizing gas odors (that distinctive rotten egg smell) and emergency procedures.

Explore Natural Gas Appliances

If you’re currently using electric appliances, you might want to consider the benefits of switching to natural gas alternatives. Gas appliances often provide more precise heating control and can be more economical in the long run.
