Are you tired of standing in long lines at Fulton City Hall just to pay your utility bill? I certainly was! After forgetting my payment date one too many times (and paying those annoying late fees), I finally decided to explore all the payment options the City of Fulton offers. And let me tell ya, there’s more than one way to pay your bills in our lovely city!
Whether you’re new to Fulton or just looking for a more convenient way to handle your monthly utilities I’ve put together this comprehensive guide to help you navigate the City of Fulton bill pay system. We’ll cover everything from online payments to in-person options and even some money-saving tips!
What Utilities Does the City of Fulton Handle?
Before we jump into payment methods, it’s worth noting that Fulton is pretty unique. Unlike most cities where you might get separate bills from different companies, Fulton provides all major utilities through one organization:
- Electricity
- Natural gas
- Water
- Sewer service
- Solid waste (trash, recycling, yard waste)
This means you’ll receive just ONE bill for all these services! How convenient is that?
When Are Utility Bills Due in Fulton?
Mark your calendars! All City of Fulton utility payments are due on the 15th of each month. Missing this date could result in late fees or even service interruptions if left unpaid too long.
City of Fulton Bill Pay Options
Let’s explore all the different ways you can pay your Fulton utility bill:
1. Online Bill Pay (Most Convenient)
The easiest way to pay your bill is through the City of Fulton’s online payment portal. As of October 2025, they’ve actually improved their online system with enhanced security features!
To pay online:

The online system accepts credit/debit cards and electronic checks I personally love this option because I can pay at 11pm in my pajamas if I want to!
