If you have Bevcomm registering for TVEverywhere is easy!

  • Visit WatchTVEverywhere.com
  • Select Bevcomm from the provider list
  • Select Register, and complete the requested requirements for activation. Be sure and have a Bevcomm bill handy as you will need to reference your account number. If you cant find this, give us a call at 800-473-1442.

On the remote control for the Set Top Box press the “TEXT” button to turn Closed Caption on and off

  • On the remote control for the Set Top Box press the “MENU” button
  • Use the arrow keys to move over to the “Settings” icon.
  • Press the “OK” button.
  • The STB will now ask you to enter a password. Enter in the default password of 0000 then press the “OK” button.
  • Use the arrow keys to highlight “Hardware Settings” then press to “OK” button
  • Use the arrow keys to move the red highlight ring down to the “Closed Caption On” selection box.
  • Press the “OK” button on the remote. This will change the selection box to a blue color.
  • Now use the arrow keys to change the selection box to “On TV”.
  • Now press the “OK” button.
  • Then use the arrow keys to move the red highlight ring down to the blue “SUBMIT” selection box.
  • Now press the “OK” button on the remote. The TV screen should now display a “Data is submitted and saved” window.
  • Next press the “EXIT” button twice on the remote, and you are done.
  • Download the user manual by clicking here. Then find the four digit manufacturer code for your TV brand
  • Turn on TV
  • Press and hold both the 1 and 3 buttons at the same time on the remote control for approximately 3 seconds until the TV power button remains lit, then release both buttons.
  • Now enter the four digit manufacturer code for your TV set. On each digit entry the TV Power button will flash
  • Point the remote control at the TV set and press and hold the “TV Power Button” on the remote control. When the TV set turns off then release the “TV Power Button”. (NOTE: it may take up to 5 minutes to find the code.)
  • Press and hold the “TEXT” button and then at the same time press the “Stop” button to finish settin

Press the # button on your Bevcomm remote to turn on and off closed caption.

Press the STB button and select the OK button. The remote should return to normal function. If this doesn’t work, please check and replace the batteries.
