Yes. Customers that wish to have online access to their utility accounts to use self-service options including account updates and service transfers must create a new login and password.
To create a new account, users will need to click the “sign up now” button on the right side of the new payment portal homepage. After they have created their new account, they can use the login feature on the left side to access their account.
Yes. Customers that wish to remain on Autopay will need to set up recurring payments on the new platform to deduct the amount due from the bank account of your choice.
No. You will be able to pay using the same payment methods as you do now. Any previously saved payment methods will need to be added to the new payment platform.
Yes, our payment processor charges a small fee of $2.99 for card and digital wallet payments and one-time e-check payments.
To avoid paying the $2.99 fee, consider enrolling in auto-pay using your bank account number instead of a debit or credit card, or you can pay by cash or check. You can mail us a check or drop it in the drive up payment box located on Market Street beside City Hall. You can also pay by cash using one of our two convenient bill pay kiosks.
