Post date |

Are you tired of sorting through stacks of paper bills? Wondering how to pay your Taylor Garbage bill without the hassle? You’re not alone! As someone who’s dealt with waste management services for years, I’ve learned a few tricks about streamlining those monthly payments.

Taylor Garbage (now also known as Casella Taylor Garbage) offers several convenient ways to pay your bill. Whether you prefer online payments, phone, or traditional mail, they’ve got you covered. Let’s dive into all your options so you can choose what works best for your lifestyle.

Who is Taylor Garbage?

Before jumping into payment methods, let’s take a quick look at who Taylor Garbage actually is. Taylor Garbage Service, Inc. is a waste management company headquartered in Vestal, NY. They offer sustainable waste management solutions including:

  • Curbside pickups
  • Location drop-offs
  • Roll-off dumpsters

They serve both residential and commercial customers throughout New York, particularly in the Binghamton area Recently, Taylor Garbage has become affiliated with Casella, which explains why you might see “Casella Taylor Garbage” mentioned.

Online Payment Options

1. Taylor Garbage Web Portal

The most direct way to pay your Taylor Garbage bill online is through their official web portal

Website: https://billpay.taylorgarbage.com/TruxWeb/login.aspx

To use this method:

  1. Visit the Taylor Garbage Web Portal
  2. Login to your account using your email and password
  3. If you’re a new user, click “I’m New. I need to Create an Account”
  4. For registration, you’ll need:
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Security question answer
    • Account number
    • Invoice number
    • Invoice total

The web portal is secure and allows you to manage your account anytime. I personally find this the most straightforward method since it’s managed directly by Taylor Garbage.

2. Doxo Payment Service

Another popular online payment option is through doxo:

Website: https://www.doxo.com/u/biller/taylor-garbage-service-inc-2496056

Doxo is a third-party bill payment service that lets you pay Taylor Garbage bills along with many other utilities. Here’s what you should know:

  • Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay, or bank accounts
  • Free payments when using a linked bank account (fees may apply for other methods)
  • All-in-one service for managing multiple bills
  • Mobile apps available for iPhone and Android

While doxo is convenient for paying multiple bills in one place, remember that it’s not affiliated with or endorsed by Taylor Garbage. I’ve used it a couple times when I was in a pinch, but I usually stick with the official portal.

3. Casella Online Payment

Since Taylor Garbage is now associated with Casella, you can also pay through Casella’s website:

Website: https://www.casella.com/locations/hauling/binghamton-ny-hauling?301TG24

On this page, you’ll see a “Pay Online” link specifically for Taylor Garbage customers. This is especially useful if you’ve recently transitioned from Taylor to Casella services.

Other Payment Methods

Not everyone prefers online payments, and Taylor Garbage understands that. Here are your other options:

By Phone

If you prefer speaking to a representative, you can pay by phone:

Customer Service Phone: 607-797-5277

For Casella customers, you can also call:

  • Office Phone: 607-365-7629
  • Customer Care: (888) 852-2151 (Mon-Fri: 7:00am-5:00pm, Sat: 8:00am-12:00pm)

By Mail

The traditional check-in-the-mail still works perfectly! Mail your payment to:

Taylor Garbage Service, LLC
PO Box 362
Vestal, NY 13851

When mailing payments, I always recommend sending them at least 7-10 days before the due date to ensure they arrive on time. Nothing worse than a late fee because the mail was slow!

My Personal Experience with Taylor Garbage Bill Pay

I’ve been a Taylor Garbage customer for over 5 years now, and I’ve tried pretty much every payment method they offer. In my experience, the online portal is the most reliable way to go. I had a few hiccups with mail payments being delayed during the pandemic, which resulted in a late fee once (that was annoying!).

Setting up autopay through their portal has been a game-changer for me. I no longer have to remember to pay the bill each month, and I can still log in anytime to check my account status or billing history.

When Taylor transitioned to partnership with Casella, there was a bit of confusion about where to pay. I initially tried continuing with my old login, but eventually had to create a new account. The customer service rep I spoke with was super helpful in getting everything sorted.

Tips for Hassle-Free Bill Payments

Here are a few tips I’ve learned along the way:

  1. Set calendar reminders if you’re not using autopay. I set mine 5 days before the due date.

  2. Keep your account info handy. Nothing worse than searching for account numbers when you’re trying to pay a bill!

  3. Check your spam folder for electronic bills and payment confirmations. Sometimes they end up there.

  4. Save payment confirmations until you see the payment reflected on your next statement.

  5. Update your contact info whenever it changes to ensure you receive bills and notices.

Wrapping Up

Managing your Taylor Garbage bill doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you prefer the convenience of online payments or the traditional approach of mailing a check, there are plenty of options to suit your needs.

Have you found a payment method that works particularly well for you? Or do you have tips to share with fellow Taylor Garbage customers? I’d love to hear about your experiences!

Until next time, happy (and hassle-free) bill paying!
