When you enroll in Easy Pay, we deduct your payment directly from your checking or savings account by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You can save time and money because with Easy Pay you won’t have to worry about checks, stamps, misplaced bills, payment stubs, envelopes, or best of all, transaction and processing fees.
- You can enroll in Easy Pay on our Member Site. (Visit our FAQ page for more info on creating an account.) Simply navigate to your Billing Account Summary, click Enroll in Recurring Payments, and select Easy Pay EFT Bank Account Payments.
- You can enroll online using our Easy Pay EFT application form.
- You can ask your agent to submit an Easy Pay EFT application on your behalf. They can also provide you with a printed application form, if that’s your preference.
- You can print, complete, and mail your enrollment application: Download our Easy Pay (EFT) application form.
To complete the application, you will need your bank account information (specifically the name of your bank, their routing number, and your account number) and the day of the month you would like your payment to be deducted from your account.
You authorize payments to be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account by completing and signing the Authorization/Application form.
Your payment will be processed on your bank’s next business day.
You will receive an initial confirmation statement showing the payment date and amount. You will not receive another statement unless your deduction amount changes by more than $1.00, the payment date changes, or the bank/bank account number changes.
No. We do not offer a discount for paying in full, regardless of payment method.
No problem. Just notify us at least 4 days before your scheduled due date.
If the account doesn’t have adequate funds, we’ll notify you and an NSF fee will be applied.
Yes. Normal billing activity will continue until we have completed the set-up and notified you. To keep your insurance current while we change your account to Easy Pay, you will need to pay at least the minimum due on the statement.
No. Paying with Easy Pay EFT helps you avoid a 2.99% processing fee, which our card processing provider automatically adds to each debit or credit card payment (see details below).
When you sign up for our Paperless option, you will receive notifications by email when billing documents are available to be viewed on our Member Site (bills, EFT change notices, late payment notices, etc.). Once on the site you will have the option to view documents and to make payments (in addition to other available site features).
Using your online profile credentials, log in to our Member Site and visit the Paperless Settings page (which can be accessed from menu under the Billing tab). Once on the page, simply click the Paperless Option checkboxes next to each account you wish to enroll.
Other Online Payment Options
Our Quick Pay service—which enabled making a one-time payment without logging in to our Member Site—is currently unavailable. At this time, we do not have an expected date for this service to return.
One-time online payments are still available, but you will need to create an online account on our Member Site. (Visit our FAQ page for more info on creating an account.) Once youre logged in, simply navigate to your Billing Account Summary and click Make a Payment.

Members who are registered with an online account can set up and manage recurring credit card or debit card payments. Simply navigate to your Billing Account Summary, click Enroll in Recurring Payments, and select AutoPay Credit Card Payments.
