- Usage graphs (super helpful for tracking electric usage!)

We’ve found SmartHub particularly valuable during those crazy months when usage spikes. Being able to see the graphs helps understand why our bill might be higher than normal.
Ways to Pay Your NineStar Bill

1. SmartHub Full Account Access
This is my personal favorite method. By creating a SmartHub account, you get all the features mentioned above. You can access it through:

- Mobile app on your smartphone or tablet
For the mobile app, just search “SmartHub” in the Apple Store or Android Market, and then select “NineStar Connect” as your provider. The login info works for both web and mobile versions.
2. Quick Pay (No Login Required)
If you’re in a hurry or don’t want to create an account, this option is perfect! You just need:
- Your billing account number
- Your last name
It’s quick and doesn’t require registration. However, remember that with Quick Pay, you can only pay your bill – you won’t be able to view usage, report outages, or pay multiple service bills simultaneously.
3. Pay by Phone
For those who prefer talking to a real person or using phone systems, NineStar offers a toll-free number:

I’ve used this a couple times when my internet was down and couldn’t access SmartHub online. It’s straightforward and gets the job done!
Setting Up Your SmartHub Account
If your thinking about creating a SmartHub account (which I highly recommend), here’s what you need to know:

- Click on “Login” under the SmartHub Login section
- For first-time users, you’ll need to create an account
- All users must enter a passphrase the first time they join SmartHub
- You cannot make payments without completing this setup
The process takes about 5 minutes, and it’s totally worth it for the convenience.
